I have personally experienced and seen from clients that Ayurvedic practices are the best body and mind balancers and healers. Ayurveda is helpful for all kinds of health problems. In addition, Ayurveda creates slowness, simplicity, care and contentment. However, satisfaction does not happen overnight and Ayurveda works slowly. The main obstacle to healing is an overactive mind, inability to relax and restlessness.

I searched for a long time for a tool that would help me overcome this. I found it in hypnosis. Hypnosis is the area between sleep and wakefulness that every person goes through on average 2 times a day, it is the calm, thoughtless state that people experience.

In this state, a person is still awake, he can think, move – he is simply calmer. Hypnosis is a scientifically proven method, during which a person can change the processes within himself through a thoughtless state. In America and Great Britain, the Medical Association recognizes hypnosis as a necessary type of therapy, which together with other therapies (e.g. seeing a psychologist) can help a person. I have had the wonderful opportunity to learn hypnotherapy from the best hypnosis teacher Anil Chandwan and I am a certified hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.

In my approach, I combine Ayurvedic techniques and herbal therapy with hypnosis sessions, which effectively relieve anxiety and get to the root cause. I offer clients hypnotherapy as part of psychological counseling or as a completely separate experience to increase self-confidence, self-love and inner clarity, dissolve traumatic experiences, solve relationship problems, get rid of addictions, anxiety, depression, fears and obstacles, get weight under control, etc.
