Ajurveeda massage or Snehana massage is a relaxing and healing procedure that I do with a lot of warm healing oil. Sneha means oil in Sanskrit and is synonymous with the words love, kindness, tenderness and tenderness.
Snehana is a very deep, long-lasting and at the same time very pleasant massage, which can also be described as a joint meditation between the massager and the recipient. During Snehana, Universal Love is transferred to the recipient of the massage.
I carefully boil the massage oil myself according to Ayurvedic traditions, the preparation procedure can take up to two and a half days. I use high-quality organic oils to make massage oils – according to your needs or body type.
I boil drugs made from a mixture of different Estonian and Indian plants and spices in three different types of oil. Massages with warm oil have a very important meaning in Ayurveda, they heal both body and mind and treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders, get rid of fatigue, increase self-esteem and self-love.
Sesame oil has a special place in Ayurveda. Applying warm sesame oil is an act of pure Universal love. Here are my contacts if you want to make an appointment for a massage.
