In a broader sense, Ayurveda is a holistic system of complementary medicine that focuses on the prevention and treatment of disease. It corrects both physical and psychological health problems through diet, lifestyle, herbal and other natural therapies, including yoga and meditation.
I use a somatic approach and the principles of ayurvedic therapy. I provide counseling for psychological concerns, supported by meditation, breathing exercises and emotion management. In health counseling, I offer ayurvedic diagnostics and therapies for digestive disorders, skin problems, hormonal and spiritual concerns. Each treatment and action plan is tailored to your needs.
Ayurveda supports issues such as digestive problems, skin conditions, autoimmune and hormonal disorders, vascular concerns, men’s and women’s health, infertility, psychological disorders, and elderly health. Consultations include diagnostics and a personalized treatment plan (nutrition, herbal remedies, habits, massage, yoga). Treatment complements conventional medicine and is continuously monitored.
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) focuses on promoting healthy relationships, starting with self-awareness. By understanding our own emotions, desires and needs, we can create deeper connections with others. RLT provides a supportive environment for couples to resolve conflict and increase intimacy. By expressing a desire for love and therapy, partners can work together towards a happy relationship.
Snehana, or ayurvedic massage, is a deeply relaxing treatment with warm therapeutic oil, where “sneha” means oil as well as love and tenderness. The massage oils are prepared according to the traditions of Ayurveda, using Estonian and Indian herbs and spices to suit your body type. Snehana helps to relieve anxiety, insomnia and mood disorders, and to boost self-esteem and satisfaction. Get in touch to make an appointment.
Ayurveda is an effective body and mind balancer, helping with a wide range of health ailments and creating a sense of contentment. The main obstacle to healing is restlessness, which I found a solution to in hypnosis, which helps to calm and get to the root causes. I’m a certified hypnotherapist and I combine ayurveda and hypnotherapy to relieve anxiety, increase self-confidence and overcome addictions and fears.
I am a psychologist, hypnotherapist and clinical ayurveda therapist with Master’s degrees in Philology and Psychology from the University of Tartu and an EMBA from EBS. I have previously worked as a human resources manager and as a small business manager. I was led to ayurveda by health problems in my family, for which ajurveda provided simple and life-changing solutions.
Working experience in different fields has given me a deep understanding of people in different walks of life, from entrepreneurs to employees. I am the co-author of the book Touch of Life and I love brainwork that respects the uniqueness of each person and is suitable for anyone who wants to live a fulfilling life.
