Room 48
Two rooms on the ground floor of Arte Maja opposite the Telliskivi Creative City, let together as one unit: a smaller one for therapy and individual sessions, and a larger one with a kitchenette for up to 8 people — training sessions, meditation and small groups. The rooms are also available for hire by other practitioners — therapists, teachers and trainers.
What is Room 48?
Room 48 is home to Mirjam Hakkaja’s psychology and Ayurveda practice at Arte Maja, Telliskivi 49. The same premises can also be hired by other practitioners — such as massage therapists, practitioners, yoga and meditation teachers, trainers and discussion group leaders — who are looking for a peaceful and conveniently located space for their consultations, classes or training sessions.
Sometimes, geographical distance doesn’t matter: you can journey deep within yourself without even leaving the premises. Room 48 is designed as a place where guides and seekers meet, and where these roles can be swapped.

How do I book a room?
Get in touch via the contact form or give Mirjam a call. Bookings go into a shared calendar and the door opens with a code, so you can let yourself in at the agreed time.
What is included in the price?
Both rooms together: the smaller room, the larger room with a kitchenette, and the bathroom with WC and shower. You can make tea or, if needed, a meal in the kitchenette. Hourly and daily rates are by agreement.
Can the room be used on a regular basis?
Yes — ask for a quote for regular use or a longer period and we will agree the terms.
How do I get there?
Arte Maja is at Telliskivi 49, opposite the Telliskivi Creative City. The rooms are on the ground floor and the door opens with a code. Parking on the surrounding streets is free.
