The touch of life presents: A retreat for women in transition.
The ancient wisdoms of Ayurveda. A shamanistic, down-to-earth spirituality.

A Touch of Life is a retreat for women who are entering a transitional period, or premenopause, or have reached menopause. What this stage in a woman’s life means physically, mentally and energetically. How to cope with the changes. How and what to do to help yourself through this period. How to maintain your sexuality and pleasure.
The transition can be a smooth one, without you even noticing. For some women, it can be very difficult, both mentally and physically, and in this case any support and understanding is essential.

During the retreat, we will look at the problems that may accompany menopause: weight gain, vaginal atrophy, dry mucous membranes, insomnia, hot flushes, sweating, mood swings and depression, osteoporosis, frigidity, urinary incontinence, heavy menstrual bleeding, etc.
To celebrate the transition, we will do a magical sweat lodge ceremony!

Women of all ages are welcome. Women who have noticed in their body, mind changes related to pre- or menopause. But also younger women who want to be supportive to their transitioning sister, mother or grandmother, or who are going through some major life changes themselves. The more women of different ages, the deeper the bond, connection and sharing that is born. We listen, we watch, we share, we dance, we touch, we cook, we sauna, we ritualise, we oil:) We will give advice on how to create harmony in your body, mind, energy with natural and natural means.

The meeting will take place in a beautiful place in Läänemaa, in a wonderful holiday home with all amenities and sauna. The menu has also been prepared with the menopause in mind.

Refreshments 250€.
