Ayurvedic retreat for pregnant women

A peaceful delivery and preparation for birth contribute to a healthy and peaceful baby. A gentle adjustment to the newborn’s wonderful infancy and the new situation after birth brings a happy motherhood for life. At the retreat, we will share experiences, learn and experience fun techniques to support the mother-to-be during pregnancy and birth and in adjusting to the baby in the first months of life.

The camp offers a range of flowing activities: oiling, massage, yoga for pregnant women, pranayama, meditation. We will be nourished by delicious food prepared according to the principles of Ayurveda, thematic lectures and talks.

The camp is suitable for expectant mothers regardless of their stage of pregnancy, both first-time and repeat mothers.

The cost of the retreat is 230 euros. Accommodation in single, double and triple rooms. Rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited.

The retreat will be conducted by Mirjam Hakkaja and Jolanta Loo. Mirjam is a mother of four children, a clinical consultant in Ayurveda, co-author of the book “The Touch of Life” and a facilitator of women’s camps and body cleansing camps. Jolanta is a midwife and breastfeeding counsellor to a mother of three children.
